What I bring
Workflow improvement
Improving how things work is how I think. I keep refining communication, workflows and reporting so they serve both leadership and the team, and I'm constantly testing software, plugins and AI tools that save time, remove friction and keep quality consistent.
Pre-production to delivery
I get involved before footage reaches the edit: agreeing formats, priorities and approvals with producers and clients up front, so post-production gets what it needs and live weeks run on rails.
Hands-on craft
I came up through the edit bay, from editor to senior editor, team lead and manager. I can judge a cut, estimate realistically, and step in at the timeline when a deadline needs it.

How I work
- I learn the business, not just the brief. Understanding a company's goals and audience is how I make the right calls and spot what to improve.
- Clear reporting both ways. Honest, clear updates that give leadership a true picture without burying editors in admin.
- Calm under time pressure. Tight deadlines don't stress me out. I stay calm, keep the team focused and make clear calls when plans change fast.
- A team that lasts. Psychological safety, fair workload and honest feedback, because burnt-out editors don't deliver their best work.
